At ALPHANITAS we believe that great health is the foundation for a great life. Health is the synergy of physical, mental and social well-being. ALPHANITAS puts this synergy into an ALL-IN-ONE HEALTH & PERFORMANCE APP, so you have everything you need to reach optimal health & performance – on just one platform. The app is free, fully offline (except for updates), and since your data is as important to us as your health, we decided to not collect any data.

You already know what to do for your health, but it is hard to get it all managed? With the current App Version - we call it the Manual Version – you can create your own Health Plan, without any interference of a coach.

Here are the current features:

Training: Create, document and execute your own training plan. You can plan strength exercises and METCONs
Steps: Set a daily step target and track them automatically.
Hydration: Set a daily hydration goal. Depending on your training day you can vary those hydration goals.
Sleep: Set a sleep goal and track your sleep time.
Meditation: Create and execute your own meditations with the techniques of box and coherent breathing.

What comes next?

Training: Plan Progressive Overload and more training options (endurance, mobility and sports specific trainings).
Nutrition: Create your own nutrition plan.
Stats: A journal that monitors all your health tasks and statistical overview of the most important health & performance paramters
Community: Build a like-minded community and become your best versions together.
