Could prioritise booked to work before falling out pubs/clubs. Have something in account/info page where you can edit info instead of having to write a note each time you make a booking.

Fine when the sun is shining and you could just as easily walk but book on the app when it's busy and watch your booking be repeatedly cancelled...you get text messages thanking you for using Alpha Cars! So I called the office instead and was told it was a two hour wait. Called 1-2-Call and got home in no time. It's a poor app if it can't acknowledge that they're too busy to help.
