Nice app with easy user interface and it do not require login.

Called the hotline number about repairing the potholes from Patan Sundhara to Gwarko road and they just asked me to talk to the ward office instead. Doesn't this service supersede that? Or do we just have to contact the local office now for such requests instead of LMC alert app?
