"Baghdad - Citizen's Voice" application
It is a voluntary and independent technical initiative that aims to enable citizens to submit complaints and suggestions related to municipal services in the city of Baghdad, through an easy-to-use application on smart phones.

Main Features:
• Sending complaints electronically through the application to be dealt with by the concerned authorities.
• Follow up on the status of reports with complete transparency.
• Submitting service suggestions and inquiries.
• View general information and news related to municipal services.
