2024-11-25	Am*****	I placed an order on 19th November with order number 188939, the expected delivery date was 21st November. Till today 25th November, I haven't received my order yet. I wanted to cancel the order and when I tried to reach out them via email and call, they are not responding. This company is doing fraud, I will report it to Consumer court and will recommend others not to buy anything from this fraud company.

2024-06-19	Mo*****	They will send the wrong order and when we complain they will give you a discount worth of 200 rupees in the place of the product we ordered. Beacuse it will cost them delivery charge for picking up their wrong order and re-deliver the wright one. And later on another reason given by them is they don't have the color which i ordered, so they will not send a new one or not even give a refund for a trunk that cost 499 rupees. Such a pathetic company it is.

Most important there is no return policy and it's not mentioned anywhere. I have tried twice but every time felt the same bad experience which caused me to give such feedback. Some pages are not responding for 4-5 weeks.

2024-02-22	Za*****	The T-shirt size which they sent is small as compared to regular sizes. I ordered XL my regular size but received very tight size having XL label. Secondly, they sent 5 T-shirts of same colour (brown) whereas while ordering it showed different colour.
