About Connecting Dreams Foundation (CDF):

Through its 3C Model of Changemaking and 5C Model of Leadership Development, CDF enables individuals and youth to move from ideas to action, fostering inclusive, community-driven innovation. Over the past decade, CDF has positively impacted over 2.7 million lives across 746 communities, connecting local challenges to global opportunities.
