Set your phone down, step back, and start moving. Form Coach tracks your pose using Apple's Vision framework, counts your reps automatically, and scores each one on form quality. A live skeleton overlay turns green when your form is dialed in, yellow when something slips, and orange when you need to reset.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Most form-tracking apps send your video to a server. Form Coach doesn't — every frame of pose analysis happens on the Neural Engine inside your iPhone. That means it works on a plane, in your basement, and in a gym with bad reception.

HOW IT WORKS

2. Read the form cues and phone placement guide
3. Prop your phone roughly 6–8 feet away, step back, and tap Start
4. Get a 3-2-1 countdown and start moving
5. Watch your reps count up and your form score per rep
6. Tap Finish to see your strength, your fix, and your score

After a workout, tap any session in History to replay the video with your skeleton overlay synced — perfect for spotting what to work on next time.
