I really received a lot of viewership and enquiries from posting on their website as most consumers still prefer to use property guru as their main search engine when sourcing for houses.My last advertised house was sold within a month and got viewing and enquiries almost daily even past midnight seriously.

2020-05-05	Sh*****	2016 : Dear AgentNet, recently my app keep logging out and need to re-login now & then. Worst, now I tried to login no response.. prompting error message. Whats the problem? 2019 : From bad to worst... 2020: from worst to x10 worst. Autobot keep banning my photos without any infringement, increase price on agents expense for consumer enjoyment with unnecessary troubles of deleting & reupload listings & photos.. we agents are not admin staff magaging your app incompetence.

2020-01-14	A *****	Very lousy app with lots of bugs yet you exhort subscribers for yearly price jump. can't even display or select type etc for your expensive app and end up with using the desktop for editing ? i already verified the latest app on both phones enabled auto update regardless of phone type. Your app should work properly for auto update not only manual uninstall reinstall. Very bad response and support. Why make us pay such price for lousy app with bad support you still can't fix your bugs promptly.

Photos are not accepted by 'low intelligence' system even though there are no overlays. Unable to change cover. Same irritating ads pops up and makes sure users sometimes press by mistake, like a kind of trap. Advertisers happily pay guru for these accidental clicks. Many more. Junk app.
