2024-09-26	Su*****	This app probably opens about 1 in 10 times. It is honestly one of the lest functional apps I've ever had the misfortune of using and if I didn't have to use it for work I'd happily get shot of it. I dread to think how much of our NHS money gets syphoned into rubbish like this.

2024-09-16	Da*****	Useless app, constantly buffering and timing out, most likely missed out on quite a few shifts thanks to the app not doing what it's supposed to. Hasn't worked all day again, fix your damn app.

2024-09-16	An*****	Absolutely useless! The majority of the time it doesn't load and on the odd occasion it does, it takes a few attempts. I miss out on all the good shifts and can't see whether shifts have been signed off or not. The website is just as bad! Please fix it!!

2024-08-13	Ma*****	Never ever wants to load takes forever to log in and then if you go off the app and back on it starts flashing! This app has one purpose and it can't even achieve it! I miss out on shifts due to not being able to book them because of this stupid app! You'd think they'd have a better system by now! If my trust didn't use this app it wouldn't even deserve a place on my phone storage

2024-08-12	le*****	Absolute joke of an app. Constantly fails to load. Often says password incorrect when it is correct and it is failing because the app is malfunctioning but doesn't tell you that so you keep trying and reset password etc. Lazy useless staff that are entirely uncontactable. Parasitic company the sooner you are bankrupt the better for everyone.

2024-07-10	Rh*****	One of the most useless apps I have ever used. It has one purpose and it's such a frustrating experience to use. Takes forever to login. Doesn't like WiFi, disabled WiFi, slowly uses cellular.. doesn't like cellular... Rejoin WiFi, slowly connects... Enter user name and password .... Press remembered details - does nothing. Would never use this app out of choice, unfortunately my work place uses this software.

2024-06-17	Am*****	Honestly, I do not know how this app is still permitted for use by the NHS. Continues to buffer for hours on end, sometimes making it near enough impossible to book shifts. If a ward suddenly needs to put out more last-minute shifts due to rapid changes, how is anyone supposed to book? Very, very frustrating. You'd think they would have tried to fix this by now but suppose they are still being paid . I guess fault lies in the trusts that use it

2024-04-04	Jo*****	Updated to say nothing has changed or improved. It is the most rubbish app ever. Website is the same. Behaves erratically. Unreliable. Slow to load, and sometimes impossibleto log in - it just loops back to log in page after entering email, password and verifying with fingerprint. Has fingerprint log in, but also randomly requires password. Working in the NHS is stressful enough as it is, don't need rubbish apps like this adding to it. I hope my Trust ditches it soon! Deserves a minus rating.

2024-03-01	Ka*****	Constant loop of activating, the link takes you to the play store to download and activate and repeat! No access to rota at all, via app or desktop. Edit: the above isn't an issue anymore, the app just doesn't load at all. It can take a couple of days constantly trying it before it opens. Not fit for purpose and directly negatively affects people's working days.
