2024-06-29	Ch*****	It does not work. It says logging in, renewing user, logging out. It's all it does. I've uninstalled it, downloaded it again and the same things happens. Wish could give it zero stars but I can't. Pointless app if it doesn't even let you log in. And no way to get help with trying to access it.

2024-06-23	Da*****	Generally terrible. Very rarely works 100% makes it very difficult to accurately audit work completed when most of the visits arent logged. I haven't been able to log in and use it for 5 days now. So my visits aren't logged. I do not have time to manually add completed visits. Also from a safety perspective we are unable to trace where staff last visited in case of an emergency. When i can log in, its almost always offline. It just cannot cope with the amount of people using it.
