2024-10-05	Ro*****	Had a booking to pick us up at Lyon airport days in advance with information about amount of luggage. The cab arrived and then proceeded to leave. I called the driver. He said he left because we had a child with ut, this was informed in the booking. I got a hold of the company they said they would send another car. This was at 23:10 at night. At 23:25 with no word from the company I called again no answer. My French colleagues called they also got no answer. No new car came. Avoid this company.
