Since changing the app, it gets 2 stars. Cant see what bills you have paid or cancel if you made mistake. Not liking the the app anymore. Ready to uninstall. Use to love the app, but always changing things for the worst isn't good.

While I respected the original CU, that was absorbed into Alliance, currently the app is incredibly inconsistent, my elderly mother who is usually quite sharp with technology cannot efficiently navigate any iteration of this app. If it were not for the hours I work neither would I.
