This app is useless, and so is the website. You're not even able to change your password. As a first-time customer, this is very discouraging. Get yall stuff together this isn't acceptable

I can't access the account. I just Uninstall and reinstall and after putting in details to login nothing happened. It worked great last year but nothing happening now.
