Olgo Driver is a dedicated dispatch app for transportation drivers.

Check calls, accept assignments, and manage everything from ride history to settlements all within a single app.

■ Select the Calls You Want
Various ride requests—ranging from airport pick-ups and drops-offs to intercity transfers and tours—are posted in real-time.

Check the departure and destination locations, time, and vehicle type conditions, then decide whether to accept.

■ Submit Your Own Quote

For bid calls, you can win the ride by directly submitting a bid.

First-Come, First-Served Calls are assigned immediately to the driver who accepts them first.

■ Run the Ride Step-by-Step

Proceed through the ride in stages, from moving to the pickup location, arriving, starting the ride, and completing it.

During the ride, your location is transmitted to the customer in real-time, so there is no need to contact them separately.

If the customer does not show up, you can report a no-show within the app.

■ Communicate Directly with Customers

Chat with assigned customers within the app.

Check details such as the pickup location, luggage, and number of passengers in advance.

■ Manage Your Performance and Settlements

Check your ride history and settlement details by period. Registering a settlement account allows you to use it for settlement payments.

You can create and send quotes and transaction statements to customers directly through the app.

■ Teams You Work With

Check your affiliated channel and team members, and communicate calls as a team.

Driver registration involves a document review and approval process.
