AFC Assist

AFC Assist is the All For Console app dedicated to managing technical support.

With AFC Assist, you can:

• Check the status of a repair using the corresponding code;
• Link and consult repairs linked to your account;
• View details, updates, and photos of repairs;
• Book a service;
• Request a quote, including attaching photos of the device;
• Receive notifications about updates to your cases;
• Manage your profile and submitted requests.

Authorized technician accounts also have dedicated features for managing bookings, quotes, and repairs.

Access is available via email and password or via a Google account. Some features, such as searching for a repair using a code, can also be used without linking the case to your account.

AFC Assist is intended for All For Console customers and authorized personnel.
