2024-11-22	Re*****	My app has not worked correctly for 3 weeks. When it goes to pain assessment it is a blank screen. Then I have to close out app and reopen to get my routine. I have emailed customer support several times and no response. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Because of this issue I have been stuck on level 2 for 3 weeks. Can someone just send me the videos of future levels, so I'm not stuck on level 2. This is very frustrating.

2024-06-23	Br*****	I thought the app had a bug that would not allow me to progress past stage 1. When the screen to click "yes" or "no" appeared, the yes and no buttons were covered by a description box that could not be closed. I finally figured out that this was caused by my accessibility settings. So, I don't know whether to blame the app or the OS, but the issue caused frustration and delay using the app. Now that I can advance to the next stage I've increased my rating from 1 to 3.
