ACE Member Hub is the field companion for mechanics and partners of All Circuits Elevator, the elevator maintenance and modernization team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. It puts your service tickets, technical resources, and support contacts in one fast, purpose-built mobile app — so you spend less time chasing information and more time keeping equipment running.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Track service tickets — See every open and completed ticket for your company at a glance. Filter by Active, Pending, or Completed, follow status changes in real time, and open a ticket to review its full timeline.

• See dispatch calls as they're worked — Phone calls into ACE dispatch appear on the Calls tab for your company, with live status from the dispatch board: scheduled, currently being worked, waiting on a part, or held open for a callback.

• Request service fast — Need parts, a repair, software, prints, or an on-site visit? File a request in seconds and let dispatch take it from there.

• Pull up the right resource — Wiring diagrams, inspection procedures, safety checklists, and software guides, organized by category and searchable by keyword. Only what your company has access to, always up to date.

• Reach your reps in one tap — Call, text, or email your account manager, dispatch lead, and parts desk directly from the Contacts directory, with availability shown for each.

• Stay on the same page — Your home dashboard surfaces active ticket counts, available resources, and your latest activity the moment you open the app.

ACE Member Hub is intended for current All Circuits Elevator customers, partners, and staff. New users can request access from the sign-in screen; an administrator reviews and approves each account.
