I gave Copilot 5 stars because I'm an over the road truck driver and I use Copilot as my main tool to help me get to my shippers and receiver's. I only have one complaint. I paid my subscription on 8-16 with my card not on file and was charged today on 8-27 with my card on file. I had plans for the money that was taken today and it totally messed up my plans and my day. How frustrating and just ridiculous since I already paid for the year. Trying to contact someone to rectify is stressful.
