2024-10-01	Ch*****	This app is God awful, I literally have to uninstall and reinstall it everytime I need to do something. If I don't do that, it either crashes immediately after I try opening it, or I open it and I can't tap on any of the options, it just freezes. Really inconvenient especially when the leasing office directs you to go to the app to accomplish anything.
