Scan to Add
Point the camera at a medicine's barcode or its label. Barcode lookup and on-device text recognition (OCR) fill in the name and dosage for you — no typing, no internet required.

Reminders Organized by Time of Day
Doses are grouped into Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night, with food instructions (before food, after food, with food, empty stomach) so there's never any guessing.

Alarms That Follow Up
Each dose triggers a local alarm at the scheduled time. If it's marked taken or skipped, that's recorded. If it's ignored, a missed-dose alert fires 30 minutes later — so a missed pill doesn't just slip by unnoticed.

Inventory & Refill Alerts
Pill counts go down automatically as doses are taken, with a low-stock warning before you run out, so refills happen before it's an emergency.

Doctor Visit Reminders
Add upcoming doctor appointments and get reminded a day before and an hour before — no separate calendar app needed.

Export & Reports
Generate a PDF or CSV history of doses taken, skipped, and missed — useful for sharing with a doctor or caregiver.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

AlifBay MedAlert has no server and no account system. Every medicine, schedule, and dose record is stored only in a local database on your device. Camera scanning is processed entirely on-device. There's no analytics, no tracking, and no way for your health information to leave your phone unless you explicitly export and share a backup yourself.
