2023-10-25	An*****	need to fix log in. i just check remember me and why in the account its showing remember this computer when this app is on mobile. hate to log in everyday. you suggest logging in mobile app for notifications for game vault and others but app log outs everytime i close it.

Multiple links for things like Quests are broken and don't respond. Unfortunately, the user experience is worse than on the main website (which is still bad).

2022-05-03	Oo*****	Can't log in. "Something went wrong". All the damned time. Still waiting on rewards I "won" over 2 years ago. Horrible customer service. Constantly logs me out in the middle of a session. Just useless.

2022-04-16	Da*****	Dell just wiped everyone's rewards points and reset everyone back to zero without warning. The new rewards system is much harder to get points and everything cost much more. The app is very clunky and poorly designed. Seriously don't waste your time. The freebies are always trash and not worth it. The forums are worthless, use Reddit instead or any other online forum.

2021-01-31	Su*****	Damn after the update I thought all the bugs would have been fixed. I installed the app again and opened and it showed "It looks like your device isn't connected to the internet. Please check your settings and try again." I was connected to both wifi (250mbps) and mobile data. So sad rn. Gonna uninstall again :/

2020-11-25	Mi*****	According to 25 nov 2020, this app & website are both trash. This app keeps bugging me with "Clear text" not permitted. And the site's design is not good, mobile site doesn't have search button on forums. Captcha doesn't work properly. Email based 2fa method used here is the worst.

2020-08-20	Ji*****	My God. Creating a new account should be easy but here its liking pulling teeth. They need to ease up on the password restrictions and background info. Even if you somehow make it through all of it the captcha errors out.

2020-05-30	F *****	Latest update has made the app unusable, when trying to open receiving an unsecure connection error message (I have T-Mobile). Hope that this bug gets patched soon cause it's a good app to have for giveaways, especially since I've been a member for years. Update: Connection issue has been patched and app works, there are still issues and bugs like giveaways not working but overall app is functioning again.
