They said they were changing the way they operate but they changed my account details without informing me. Payments to my account has gone to the old account and it was difficult to get an operator to help. No active phone number. Operator said I should be patient when I got upset and explained the urgency of my situation as I need that payment. They disappeared. I don't know if scammer have now taken over. Same thing happened to someone I know.
