The application you are using allows you to calculate the score corresponding to your own physical performance and determine whether it meets the physical requirements imposed on soldiers serving in the Hungarian Armed Forces.
The assessment is based on measuring arm and trunk muscle strength and endurance, as well as running endurance. It helps you and your commander to get an idea of ​​your current physical condition and to determine the necessary training plan.
Please read the rules for the regular execution of the exercise forms carefully!
The assessment only gives a true picture of your physical condition in the case of exercises performed regularly! If you are not satisfied with the result, do not despair!
Physical condition is a condition that can be easily changed. What is needed for it: a professional training plan, a healthy lifestyle, precise execution, willpower and perseverance.
