Paste a property listing or address and PropMentor will run the numbers, covering yield, cashflow, capital growth, and comparable sales, then give you a structured assessment.

> Profile and roadmap regeneration
Update your numbers any time. PropMentor re-runs your profile and offers to regenerate your roadmap when your position changes meaningfully.
