Alerto24 helps enrolled community members and verified responders share incident reports and status updates through their private organization. Features depend on your organization’s settings.

For community members
• Report incidents to your organization (fire, medical, crime, disaster, etc.)
• Share location with your organization’s responders when you submit a report
• Add photos or video when safe
• Receive alerts from your organization
• Queue reports offline; send when connected

For verified responders
• Push notifications for new incidents in your area
• Maps and incident details in the field
• Update response status for coordinators

How it works
Your organization enrolls you. Administrators manage users and incidents in the Alerto24 web console. This app is not a substitute for calling your local emergency number (e.g. 911/117) when immediate danger requires official emergency services.
