This application is designed for city halls and communities.

Alert Citizen is a device to alert and inform quickly and effectively the citizens of his town by SMS, voicemail and email.
Spreading the message can be targeted through the lists that selects each citizen during registration but also by localized areas or from the communal card. The solution offers a location-based interface to easily select the location of an event and to define the broadcast area over a radius of several meters.

Communicate with your citizens has never been easier. Message templates allow you to broadcast an alert in a few clicks. Operation is also very simple and intuitive for a quick start of the application.

Which broadcasts messages?
The mayor, a deputy elected, the town clerk, or any authorized person to whom you have granted access.

How to distribute?
By connecting to the application with their account and password. Several people can have an account with a different level of rights.

How to enroll citizens?
A registration form allows every citizen to be able to easily subscribe by entering contact information, phone number and preferences. This form also allows citizens to change their subscription and unsubscribe at any time.

Who manages the service and how are data protected?
The OLTYS company publishes and manages the Citizens Alert service. OLTYS agrees to never sell, distribute or transfer your data to partners or third parties or using your mailing lists.
