Like many others I couldn't get an activation code. I emailed them as they suggest... an acknowledgement arrived but still no code. It's good I don't have an emergency and need to use the app!! If they can't respond to the request for a code, I really can't have much confidence about summoning help. EDIT IT'S VERY CLEAR FROM MY REVIEW THAT I EMAILED YOU TO REPORT THAT THE CODE DID NOT ARRIVE. I REQUESTED THE CODE ON MANY DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. I KNOW MY PHONE NUMBER! YUR RESPONSE IS INSULTING.

can't receive verification code. tried on both my phones

Unusable, old app wouldn't let me recieve a text with the code. The updated version tells me I'm not connected to the Internet when I try to use it, when I clearly am. Total waste of time and totally unusable. I have the latest updates of thus app. I have lost count of how many times I have requested a code and this is still.not recieved even with the new version of the app. I have contacted your support a number of weeks ago and haven't had a response from them.
