- Track emotions and fatigue using quick sliders with notes, plus simple history views and graphs to notice patterns over time.
- Build a small Daily Micro‑Planner with 3–5 research‑informed actions per day, fully customizable, with completion history to keep you motivated.
- Keep a lightweight private journal to capture thoughts, fears, and small wins in your own words.
- Connect through an Anonymous Community layer with presence and a pinboard where you can post short reflections, like and bookmark posts, see global or nearby presence, and send anonymous gratitude.
