علي الباب

Ali Al-Bab delivers your order from nearby restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and bookstores right to your doorstep.

Order in a few simple steps:
• Browse stores by category: restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, bookstores, and more.

• Search by name for a specific store or product.

• Add items to your cart and add any notes you have.

• Pin your delivery location on the map, and the delivery person will come to you precisely.

• Track your order step by step from confirmation until delivery.

Prescriptions
Have a prescription and don't know who has the medication? Take a picture of it once and send it to us. We'll check with all the pharmacies registered on the platform. The first pharmacy to receive your request will review the prescription and send you a quote with prices and availability. You can then accept or decline the quote. If you accept, the quote will be processed into a regular order and delivered to you.

Important to know: When you submit a prescription request, a photo of the prescription, your notes, your name, phone number, and delivery address will be visible to pharmacies registered on the platform until one of them receives the request—this is how we find the medication for you. All details are in the Privacy Policy.

Payment
Cash on delivery only. There are no electronic payment options in the app, and we do not collect or store any bank card data.

Your Addresses
Save multiple addresses (home, work) with a pin on the map for each, and choose one when ordering. Location permission is optional: the app only requests it when you tap "Use My Current Location." You can set the pin yourself on the map or search for the address without any permission. There is no background location tracking.

Arabic and English
The interface is available in Arabic and English, and you can switch between them at any time from your account page.

Your Privacy
• No ads or advertising identifiers.

• We don't use analytics tools or track your behavior.

• We don't sell your data to any third party.

• You can delete your account and data from within the app: My Account → Danger Zone → Delete My Account.
