It is a great game but I paid for no ads and for premium service (unlimited hints, etc.) and I'm still getting ads, and still have limited hints. When I went to the cart, and pressed to buy those services again, it said I already own those privileges. If I continue to not get the services I paid for (and they acknowledged that I did!) I will uninstall the game and ask my bank to pull my payment.
