I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. On January 2, 2025, at 4:53 PM, I initiated a transfer, but unfortunately, the amount has not been credited to my account even after 4 days. The delay is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this platform to others.

I have to give zero star. I have been make a request to credit in India account it took more than a 24 hours. Continue follow up 3 to 4 times customer care and also request to call Mr..sami manager of branch but not response. My opinion this is one of wrost exchange they are holding money only. Last getting a response that we processed but some delay with Federal bank . As a customer I know aldar, if there is delay have to be inform prior to receiving money in their account.
