App suddenly stopped 'seeing' Garager today after working fine yesterday. The only thing I noticed yesterday is the pics & video had a reddish tint. Green light on Garager cam is on and garage door opens with wall swicth, but Alcidae app cannot 'see' the Garager camera despite multiple refresh attempts. Also note: The in-app Store is not found. My wireless network is up and running and did not reset.

As a secondary user I have no option to get garage door open alerts. This is a deal-breaker for me especially because I'm the one that tends to be home alone. My husband set up a camera under his email we both cannot be logged in to his account at the same time so I had to set up a secondary account and have him invite me to the family to view the camera. However, it only gives you rights to view the live camera and record. You are not able to access security settings and add alerts.
