Maknoon Quran App:

The Maknoon Quran app aims to provide a digital reading experience that mimics printed copies of the Quran. The app offers various editions of the Holy Quran and is distinguished by the addition of the Haramain Quran. It is the first app to publish these digital versions of the Haramain Quran, published by Dar Misr Printing House (Saeed Jawdah Al-Sahhar & Partners) for the Haramain Commercial Center in Makkah, with Al-Azhar Permit No. (262) dated 15 Safar 1401 AH.

Current Quran Editions in the App:

• King Fahd Complex Quran Editions in Madinah: Three different editions of the Madinah Quran are available, written by Sheikh Uthman Taha and divided into 604 pages.

• Al-Shamarly Quran: Written by Sheikh Muhammad Saad Haddad and divided into 520 pages.

• Al-Shamarly Quran, King Fahd Complex Edition: Written by Sheikh Uthman Taha and divided into 520 pages.

• The Haramain Quran: Calligraphed by Sheikh Muhammad al-Mursi al-Sayyid al-Jarba, 540 pages

• Urdu Quran: 13 lines per page.

App Features:

The app provides technical tools such as automatic scrolling, support for large screens, search functionality, adding favorites, changing backgrounds, and a library of tafsir (exegesis) and audio recitations.
