2025-01-11	Da*****	I would recomend only the door/window sensors and tablet. The cameras are more trouble than they're worth and do not capture most important events. (Speaking from multiple terrible experiences - cant press charges without evidence) app doesnt load half the time. I took out the sim card and ran data recovery software to no avail. The salesman called on a private line to false advertise and scam us (off record). Hope the sensors and panic feature will be useful someday. Dont get involved.

2025-01-02	Ed*****	AlarmTek's poor customer service has been a major issue. Their system malfunctions frequently, and when it does, it's difficult to get help. They also falsely advertised having a local office in Calgary, making it even harder to address problems. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with AlarmTek and would not recommend them to anyone.

Despite numerous visits from their technicians every two months, the issues never seem to be resolved. The unreliability of their system, especially with the App and cameras frequently down, makes it impossible to trust AlarmTek for any level of security. I strongly advise against choosing AlarmTek, you have been warned!

2024-05-18	As*****	App is horrible. Wish I knew that before signing up... Can't even open the app, just constantly tries to "get user info" then crashes... Absolutely unable to use the app. I don't understand how every update has new issues, each issue seeming to be worse than the last...

2024-04-04	Al*****	2 years in, and this is the worst security system I have ever had. The camera keeps dropping out, and the system goes offline on a fairly regular basis with no contact from the monitoring company. I refuse to pay the call-out fee only to be told it is my wifi signal (which it isn't). STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
