It's a good experience overall, except for one detail I'm unable to access certain locations on my account, such as billing information as well as data usage when I set my account for unlimited, perhaps I need to speak to a service representative or have a service technician come out.

My experience with this company was terrible. I had promblems starting in June. 1. Alarm activated itself on several time during the night. Notifìed company snd was told check my wifi. Explained I had no promblems with wifi. 2. system would read alldoors closed when they were open.Storm made system worse part of camera was not attached to building I was told to check the equipment to see why or if this is promblem I am over 76 and impossibleto do this .tech would charge 275to check I CANCELLED
