Not bad but still buggy. Tried app on two different (new) Android phones over a 6 month period, and different Android versions, both had same issue with drifting cursors and lines going off the screen in random directions while trying to sketch property measurements. Had to switch to Iphone just because of this (I dont like Iphones).
