East Park

Active Bina is the official application of the East Park residential complex.
Everything a resident needs in one place: management company accounts,
face login, QR codes for guests,
transmission of meter readings and communication with the concierge — in a convenient and simple interface.

APPLICATION FEATURES

Accounts and payment history
• Current balance for all contracts and buildings
• Transaction history grouped by months
• Detailing by services: water, electricity, elevator fund,
cleaning and additional services
• Payments are made through an external bank gateway —
card details are not stored in the application

QR access for guests
• Create a QR code for a guest in a few seconds
• History of all granted access permissions
• The guest scans the QR at the checkpoint and enters without calling

Face access (Hikvision integration)
• Upload a photo once — enter without a card and key
• The photo is transmitted only over a secure channel (HTTPS/TLS)
• The function is optional: if you refuse, other features remain available
• Data is stored on the servers of the management company and the access control system
; deleted at your request or upon termination of living

Apartment and family
• Apartment information: block, area, contracts
• Registration of family members and tenants
• Management of profile and contact information for each resident

Meter readings
• Transmission of water and electricity readings through the application
• History of previous readings

Services and announcements
• Order a concierge
• News and announcements from the management company
• Push notifications about accounts, events and guests

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

• Login by e-mail and one-time code (OTP)
• PIN-code and biometric data (Face ID / fingerprint) are stored only
in the secure memory of the device (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain)
• All requests to the server are encrypted with TLS 1.2+
• The application does not process or store bank card details
• Precise geolocation is not required
• Your data is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties

Intended for residents of the East Residence residential complex who have received a subscriber code from the Active Building management company.

Users without a valid contract cannot access the application.
