AKPA Portal

AKPA Portal is the official mobile app for All Kerala Photographers Association workflows.

This app combines two core AKPA systems in one place:

Day Book
- Day book entries and transaction records
- Category and participant management
- Balance details, balance list, participant details
- Day to day budget and all budget views
- Audit views for committee roles

Santhwanam
- Member login and profile access
- Renewals, balances, and transaction history
- Death list and help provided workflows
- Reports, exports, and role-based management tools

The app is intended only for authorized AKPA users such as members, unit users, meghala users, district users, committee users, and administrators.

Features and access depend on the login role assigned to your account.

Important:
- Login is required to use the app
- Screens and modules available after sign-in depend on your AKPA role
- This is not a public consumer app and is meant for AKPA operations
