2026-08-19	Ra*****	Pésimo servicio y falta total de transparencia. Una verdadera pérdida de tiempo. Le daría cero estrellas si la plataforma lo permitiera. Creé mi cuenta, seguí todos los pasos para registrarme y subí mis documentos de identificación confiando en que era una empresa seria y segura. ¿El resultado? De la noche a la mañana, sin siquiera haber completado una sola transacción, suspendieron mi cuenta de forma permanente alegando una supuesta infracción de términos que jamás cometí. Nefasto el soporte.

2026-08-19	ka*****	Olá, Estou muito, muito decepcionada com esta app, considero de péssimo atendimento, abre-se conta e depois para retirar ou abrir sub contas ,não se tem retorno, o nosso dinheiro está há dias a ser usado pela Airtm , não me disponibilizam trancam a conta, tereem os valores e não dão respostas viaveis, nem recursos de acesso aos valores. ESTE COMPRTAMENTO LEVA-ME A CRER QUE NÃO SÃO DIGNOS DE CONFIANÇA, NÃO É SEGURA NEM CREDIVÉL.POR FAVOR NÃO BAIXEM ESSE APLICATIVO . NEM UMA ESTRELA MERECEM.

2026-08-18	Na*****	I am really unhappy using this app.... because I request to withdraw 7.3 dollar from deriv broker my payment is complete but I didn't receive any Dollar on airtm . I talk to support you they have been telling me that they would fix the problem however they are not doing that ... so I will recommend everyone to use binaice that is good than airtm .... it's extremely bad app
