AIRs Community

AIRs Network is a private, verified community for students and alumni of the IITs — a place where the conversations, opportunities, and advice actually stay in the family.

Every member is verified before they get in. No fake profiles, no outsiders, no noise — just real IITians. That trust is the whole point: it's what lets people speak honestly, share real numbers, and help each other the way a batchmate would.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• Real Talk — a forum for the questions you'd only ask people who get it. Post openly or anonymously (you're always a verified member behind the mask), across your campus or all of AIRs.

• Verified Salary Database — real compensation data from real members. Give a little to see a lot, with k-anonymity so no individual's numbers are ever exposed.

• Jobs & Internships — referrals and roles shared within the network, each human-reviewed for quality. Apply and message posters directly.

• Shielded DMs — reach anyone, without the spam. Message requests, weekly limits on cold outreach, and block/report built in.

• Events & Clubs — campus meetups, alumni sessions, and community pages you can follow.

• People — find batchmates, seniors, and alumni by campus, programme, and what they're looking for.

BUILT ON TRUST

Members sign in with LinkedIn and are verified by the AIRs team. Anonymous posts stay anonymous. Your private data is yours — you control what's public, you can delete your account anytime, and there's no behavioural tracking.

It is not affiliated with, operated by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Kharagpur, the IIT Council, or the Government of India. "IIT" and institute names are used solely to describe our members' institutions and belong to their respective owners. Member verification is performed by AIRs Network, not by any institute.
