It's okay takes too long to accrue points ! Also I just noticed yesterday that all the points I accumulated were taken away December 9th and after reading the FAQ page I found out that I have 12 months to use them but it's only been 3 and a half month! So what do I do and why were they even taken?

Everything is great I love the service and support is amazing and humble even when I get upset I feel bad and I'm sorry for the way I talk my apologies but I got to say. Y'all stayed professional and polite y'all are amazing thank you for your service and if anyone wants to know why I was mad because I broke my phone but I didn't get the phone insurance so I should have gotten it now I'm outta a phone because I can't afford another one so now I have to use my girls phone which makes her mad.lol
