AirDX — FM Radio Receiver via SDR for DXers

AirDX transforms your cell phone into a professional FM radio receiver, connecting to SDR servers (SpyServer / Airspy / RTL-SDR) spread around the world. Tune in to distant stations, track the spectrum in real time, and record your DX receptions with map, distance, and video recording.

MAIN FEATURES

• Connection to remote SDR servers
Connect to any SpyServer server by entering the IP address, or choose one from the public list directly through the integrated Airspy Directory — with search and identification of the country and flag of each antenna.

• Real-time Spectrum and Waterfall
View the live RF spectrum with adjustable zoom, brightness, and contrast. Tap the screen to tune exactly where you want; the tuned channel band is highlighted as in computer software.

• High-Quality FM Audio
WBFM demodulation with adjustable channel filter (100/150/200 kHz), de-emphasis (50/75 µs), and volume control. Audio continues playing in the background, even with the screen locked.

• Live RDS
RDS decoding: station name (PS), PI code, program type (PTY), and RadioText — great for identifying and verifying the received station.

• DX Map
The server antenna is automatically positioned on the map by IP. Mark the stations you heard and see the reception distance. Each marking saves the frequency and station name (via RDS).

• Recording for DX Log
Record the screen and audio of your reception as a video, saved locally on your device. Ideal for sharing your listening sessions in DX groups and proving reception.

PRIVACY

AirDX does not collect personal data, does not require registration, and does not display ads. Recordings remain only on your device. The app uses public services (OpenStreetMap for maps and the Airspy directory for the server list).

AirDX is a client application: it depends on third-party SDR servers (public or your own) to function. Availability and reception quality depend on the server chosen.
