2026-08-21	Yi*****	the program itself is pretty decent but the app makes you feel like this is a 2010 style program I've been using this full-time for the last about 3 years and I keep on hoping that eventually thay will update it and make it work faster and better but it doesn't look like it's happening anytime soon

2026-08-07	Ca*****	worst calling app. For it to run, you need normally need 100MB per second speed ... it consumes too much data and still shows connectivity errors. mobile app is worst even.. Does not hangup the call once you close. It still appears in the Notification tray and won't go away untill you force stop the app.

2026-07-16	Jo*****	i have aircall on mobile and desktop, the number of calls i have to decline on both platforms to get rid of garbage notifications on my phone is too damn high. the delays between different systems and users is too damn high. stop pushing AI notes and get a solid communications baseline first.
