Threadbound

Threadbound is a warm, hands-on journal designed for anyone who loves making things by hand, from knitting and sewing to painting and papercraft. The entire app feels like an open spiral-bound scrapbook album, with cream pages, washi tape accents, and a row of colorful craft scissors at the bottom to switch between tabs. Your Dashboard greets you with large stamped counters showing your total creative projects and how many are currently in progress, hung from a rustic twine tag so you can see your momentum at a glance. A recent list beneath the counters lets you peek at the last three projects you added without opening a single menu. The Projects tab holds a scrollable, searchable library of every idea you have saved, each one displayed as a small paper swatch with a punched hole and a colored thread that instantly tells you the craft type. Every project card shows its name, craft category, and a status badge so you know whether it is still in the planning stage, actively being made, or completed. Adding a new project is simple: the Add tab gives you a clean form to enter a title, choose a craft type from Knitting, Painting, Sewing, Papercraft, and others, pick a status, and jot down any quick notes. When you tap the sewing needle save button, a subtle needle-thread animation weaves the new swatch into your scrapbook, and the screen switches back to your project list so you can see it right away. From the project list you can update any field or delete an entry, keeping your handmade journal fresh and accurate over time. The Journal tab organizes everything into a chronological timeline, showing the date added, project name, a craft type icon, and the current status, like a stitching diary of your creative journey. Everything you create stays privately on your device using local storage, so there is no need for an account or an internet connection. Threadbound gives you a calm, beautiful space to capture inspiration the moment it strikes and gently guide each project from a fleeting idea to a finished piece you are proud of.
