AIPNBOA

AIPNBOA was established on September 27, 1964, as a registered trade union under the Indian Trade Unions Act of 1926. It is the principal association representing about 90% of officers at Punjab National Bank (PNB), and is affiliated with the All India Bank Officers’ Confederation, which commands over 75% membership across the industry.

The association focuses on fostering loyalty, efficiency, and professionalism among its members while protecting their rights and privileges. With more than 23,000 members, AIPNBOA maintains strong relations with PNB management and other unions, serving as the sole bargaining authority for PNB officers. It operates its own office in New Delhi and maintains circle offices aligned with PNB’s regional presence to address local issues effectively.
