AIMS Companion

AIMS Companion is the mobile companion to AIMS, the practice management system used by service providers who deliver special education and related services under contract with Allied Instructional Services LLC.

AN AIS ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED

This app is for contracted AIS providers only. Accounts are issued by Allied Instructional Services — you cannot register inside the app. If you are not an AIS provider, you will not be able to sign in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Caseloads — See the students assigned to you, with school, grade, and the services you are scheduled to deliver.

Service minutes — Record direct and indirect service time as you deliver it, so your documentation reflects what actually happened rather than what you reconstruct at the end of the week.

Documentation — Attach photos, video, and notes to a student record from your phone, right after a session.

Timesheets — Build and submit timesheets from the data you have already recorded, and follow them through approval.

Reports — Review student progress and timesheet summaries without waiting to get back to a desk.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD

Providers work across multiple schools and districts, often without a desk. AIMS Companion is built for quick entry between sessions, while the detail is still fresh.

PRIVACY

AIMS Companion handles student education records on behalf of contracting schools and districts. Our privacy policy is available at https://www.alliedinstructional.com/privacy-policy
