2024-12-14	Ni*****	Please, please, please allow me to use this with Android 10. Why should people with older devices be excluded from using it? I have been using this on my phone for 12 years. I pay my subscription every year and now I am prevented from using the app. VERY DISAPPOINTED

2024-12-02	tr*****	Stopped working suddenly. Cannot open. Just a blank page. Cannot even send feedback. Tried uninstall and reinstall but same problem. Now it's saying not compatible with my phone. So I have list app and subscription.

2024-12-01	Pa*****	An excellent app that I use regularly on Windows pc and laptop. I use it occasionally on my Android phone for convenience but have just discovered after renewing that it no longer works. Apparently my phone is no longer compatible as they've upped the minimum spec to Android 11.00. Not the end of the world as I can still access it via the website, but a little frustrating.

2024-01-31	Ba*****	When I paid it wouldn't let me subscribe instantly. I have to wait 7 days for the subscription to take effect. Why why why? It won't retrieve subscription info. I so miss the good old spreadsheet I could load into MS Outlook. 9 years on....been using it, the app works well, but now I can't renew my subscription and despite trying numerous cards over several weeks, I cannot get a payment made. i see I am not alone in this. Please can you fix the problem at your end?

My bank has not declined payment, and has verified the payment several times. Other subscribers are having the same problem and it needs to be fixed quickly.

But like Karen Crowhurst below, I have been trying for days to renew my subscription, without success. This is enormously frustrating and such a shame. I want to pay, I have the means to pay, and I've tried everything to pay. But for some reason you won't take my money. I take the hint. I give up. With regret, I can't recommend anyone else rely on it either.

2024-01-12	Ka*****	I have been using the app daily for some time, but have been unable to renew my subscription via Google Play despite my payment methods being up to date. Google Play say that the problem lies at the Aimer end. I have emailed the support team at Aimer, but have not had a response. My subscription to Daily Prayer is up for renewal in April - I am anticipating similar problems!
