When I purchased the 1 yr digital subscription I had nothing but trouble getting it to work and was pretty ticked off to say the least. They do have great customer service though and hung in there until the app was working right. So if you have trouble shoot them an email they are good about helping out UPDATE: App still not working. Issues show up but articles won't open. So I downgraded it to one star. I'm done with this app, it's a waste of time and money.
