2024-04-08	ch*****	Use to show your price in live time. Now it has a periodic pricing. For anyone on pay as you go, this is a bad update. Hasn't affected me, but will for other people. Need to go back to where it was. Charges are too delayed now. Gfys, speaking for anyone living day by day.

2022-10-19	Ka*****	"Cannot connect to server. Please try again later." Apparently aiken electric has found a new way to get more money out of people. If the app and website can't connect to a server, we can't check our balance, which means we can't add money to our accounts to keep our power on. If our power gets disconnected, we have to pay a reconnect fee. This is extremely slimey of the AEC to do. I've uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, and it's changed nothing. >t still can't connect to a server.

Then you try to pay your bill on their website and even that has a server connection issue. Expensive to begin with and they can't even keep ontop of their websites and app... If I could give zero stars I would... so they are even lucky to get one star

2021-08-12	He*****	The old app worked just fine. I have an android phone and now since the app been updated,my phone is no longer compatible. Doesnt matter if i uninstall or update the same app that ive been using. It now no longer works and this is going to be a conflict since i cant pay my bill thru my portal
