CalmArms uses on-device AI to watch your form while you lift, grading each rep from A to F in real time on five things a coach would check: joint angle, range of motion, tempo, stability, and left-right balance. It's real form grading, not just a rep counter.

Your reps are counted automatically as you lift. Set your number of sets up front, add the weight after each set, and CalmArms handles the rep counting and the form grading for you. You never count a rep.
